Re-enter the password
Press the Change button, and your old password is changed

Go to your Dashboard
Click on the Deposit button
Choose a Gateway to deposit money
Click on Select Mobile Number
Copy the account number and transfer the money
Fill out the Deposit Amount field with the transferred amount
Enter the transaction ID or sender number in the Transaction ID/Number field
Click Select File to attach a picture/screenshot. (If needed)
Click Submit and your request will show as pending

Go to the User account
Click on Withdrawal Account
Click Add New button
Choose your Transaction Type
Enter your Account Number
Scroll to the bottom and press the Send OTP button
Enter the OTP code and click Save

Go to your Dashboard
Click on the Withdraw button
Choose a gateway to withdrawal
Select an Account Number
Enter the Amount
Click Submit and your request will show as pending

Go to your Dashboard
Click on Deposit/Withdraw* button
(*which you want to cancel)
Scroll down to find out your Pending Request
Click (⦻), and your request will show as removed in the transaction history
